Facilitator

Andreea Trîmbițaș is Business Research Analyst at INTEGERPERFORM, the consulting arm of The KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Her research activity in the Performance Management field materialized in:

The documentation of over 500 KPIs from 16 functional areas and 25 industries;
The development of publications: ”The KPI Compendium”, ”Top 25 KPIs in 2011-2012” Report Series and the study “Performance Management in Romania 2012”;
Writing and editing articles for the official blog smartkpis.com and for the ”Performance Magazine”.

As a consultant, Andreea was in charge of:

Implementing a performance management system within The KPI Institute, in order to help establish the company’s strategic direction and alignment of KPIs from organizational level to individual level;
Implementing a performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard, at strategic, operational and individual level at CELCO;
Revising the performance management architecture of a number of international clients from industries as varied as petrochemicals, public sector, health and professional services.

As an accredited trainer by the National Authority for Qualifications from Romania, Andreea facilitated courses and workshops in the Performance Management field:

“Certified Key Performance Indicators Professional” training course;
“Performance criteria, evaluating and improving employee performance” training course;
“HR Dashboards and Scorecards: From Metrics and KPIs to an Integrated System” workshop hold as part of the 11th HR Metrics Summit 2014, Orlando, Florida.

Andreea is internationally certified in working with KPIs, her professional development being completed by the participation at a series of conferences in the Performance Management field, Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators:

Business Summer School, 17-26 August 2012, Sibiu;
The conference “Performance Management in Romania 2013”, 10-11 October 2013, Sibiu;
Business Simulation “Friday Night at the ER”, 12 October 2013, Sibiu;
11th HR Metrics Summit, 24-26 February, 2014, Orlando, Florida.

Her studies acquired both at national and international level include a Bachelor in Finances and Banks, a Master in Finances (Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu) and a Certificate in International Business and Management Studies (Saxion Hogescholen Deventer).

In the scientific research field, Andreea was actively involved in publishing articles in professional journals such as: Acta Universitatis Danubius.Oeconomica, Expert Journal of Economics and Expert Journal of Finance.
