Performance Improvement Maturity Model

The Performance Improvement Maturity Model is a valuable tool used to gathered information about the current state of the performance improvement capability within the entity (organization, division, department or team). The survey assesses data analysis and reporting practices, decision making and project implementation, as well as the ability to keep the perfomance management framework updated to meet business needs. The statements used are meant to assess each of the following modules:

1. Data Analysis
2. Reporting
3. Decision Making
4. Data Gathering
5. Initiatives Management
6. Review & Evolution
7. Performance Measurement Arhitecture Governance

Each statement must be rated on a scale from 1 to 5 depending on its relevancy to actual practice, and based on the rating provided, the entity can fall into one of the following maturity levels:

1. Initial 
2. Emergent
3. Structured
4. Integrated
5. Optimized
