Observation visits as well as interviews with your customers can be arranged with our Customer Experience Specialist – Maria Desmons-Macrea, for a clearer “outside” perspectve. Following the requirements of ISO 19011/2011 for audit management, our subject matter expert will issue a report with the main findings and a recommended correction plan.
