The KPI Institute
As a certified Master Trainer (Association for Talent Development, USA), she has completed over 1,000 hours of lectures for open courses, in-house workshops, or conference presentations on strategy and performance management topics.
In her role as Manager of the Research Division, she coordinated the development and launch of all educational programs and publications of The KPI Institute, acting also as a subject matter expert in the area of Performance Management.
She is amongst the main contributors to the Integrated Performance Maturity Framework development, The KPI Institute, and GPA Unit's proprietary tool for performance management assessments. She acts on behalf of the GPA Unit as a Senior Assessor and provides quality assurance for audit assignments.
Cristina assists and guides client companies to define strategy, select and measure KPIs, and enhance employee performance management practices. In the past 10 years, she has developed customized assessment tools, industry-specific strategy maps, scorecards, and dashboards for public and private organizations (oi l& gas, manufacturing, telecommunications, finance, and banking), as well as employee scorecards for a large variety of roles.
How can I use my micro-certificates to obtain the Certified Performance Management Systems Audit Professional Diploma?
Any professional who has obtained a micro-certificate from The KPI Institute for one or more courses listed below in the last 12 months is eligible for the bridging program.

The bridging program enables learners to get certified as Performance Management Systems Audit Professionals without going through the entire curriculum of the Certified Performance Management Systems Audit Professionals as some of the content has already been covered in the micro-certifications obtained. In addition to skipping parts of the training content, the learners also enjoy a discounted fee from the total cost of the certification.

What is the difference between the face-to-face course and the online course?
The course structure is the same, regardless of the delivery method. However, the autonomy given by the self-paced instruction is balanced by the lack of live interaction with the facilitator and other participants while attending.
What are the prerequisites for taking a course?
There is no prerequisites required.
Who should I contact if I have questions throughout the course?
You can communicate with your instructor through the eLearning forum or by email. You are highly encouraged to use these modes of communications.
How do I register for an online course?
You can register for an online course the same way you would register for any training course organized by The KPI Institute.
If you enroll through The KPI Institute Store you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions for accessing your online course. If you enroll by fax or telephone, you will also receive your confirmation by email.
How can I download course materials?
Downloadable course materials are available on our eLearning Platform. These include course slides, assignment templates and supplemental documents that will help you brush up or dive deeper on concepts within that course. However, video presentations are not available for download.
What kind of computer equipment do I need in order to take an online course?
Operating Systems: Windows 7 and newer, Mac OSX 10.6 and newer, Linux - chromeOS.
Browsers: You must update to the newest version of whatever browser you are using. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari, beta versions of browsers are not supported and Internet Explorer is problematic. Please make sure that your web browser has JavaScript and cookies enabled.
