As a measure to address the subjectivity in employee performance measurement, the KPIs selection workshop for individual level is designed to bring clarity and transparency by using a distinctive set of Key Performance Indicators.
We start by defining what are the Job families in the organization (clusters of jobs), we will then have inhouse workshops with main stakeholders for each job family to define a set of common KPIs at Job family level as well as for each type of key positions.
1. Jobs clustering into Job Families
2. KPIs selection for Job Families
3. KPIs selection for key individual positions
