FishBanks is a business simulation having its roots in system dynamics, which is an analysis technique of patterns in complex, dynamic systems. The participants become immersed in a simulation in which they are involved in managing a fishing company and work along coworkers to maximize its assets.

The game teaches participants valuable lessons in renewable resource management and can be applied to a variety of topics in business strategy, economics, decision making, sustainability, resource management, organizational development, teamwork, negotiations and competitive intelligence.
